Agreement to the Terms of Use

Any person that accesses or uses the Websites agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use. Any person that does not agree or comply with these Terms of Use should not access or use the Websites.

Any use of the Websites by Visitors that would limit or constrict the availability or quality of the Websites’ features is prohibited and the Americans for Real Change reserves the sole right to take any actions required to enforce this principle.

Visitors shall not use the Websites to post, submit or otherwise distribute unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene or offensive materials. Furthermore, Visitors shall not use the Websites in any way that may violate third party rights including, but not limited to copyrights or privacy.
